If you’re shopping for gifts online, the deadline to get your package under the tree is looming. While holiday shopping has been very different this year, the rush of purchasing in the days leading up to Christmas will likely continue. To prevent shipping delays, retailers have suggested deadlines for the ultimate days you can shop and still guarantee a gift on time. The sooner you can shop, the better, but retailers know people will continue to click ‘add to cart’ up until the very last minute. Despite the cutoff for online shopping, Green Monday, or December 14, is typically one of the best days to shop, and it’s right around the corner. Given that it’s 10 days before Christmas, retailers aptly named the day after all the money they were making from last-minute purchases. On the flip side, the day is sometimes called Cyber Monday 2, since the deals are almost as good as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. There’s no better time to grab that last minute gift for kids or matching family pajamas.
